• We handle accounts in accordance with the original documents provided;
• We review and assess your legal as well as primary accounting documents (we notify in case of changes in the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania);
• We prepare aggregated accounting records in accordance with original documents;
• We prepare financial reporting forms according to statutory deadlines;
• We calculate taxes to the state budget, by completing statutory accountancy forms;
• We will call you to introduce and sign financial statement forms, tax calculating forms;
• We provide financial reporting forms, tax calculation forms to the State Inspectorate and Social Insurance Board SODRA;
• We prepare reports to the State Tax Inspectorate of benefits to individuals, contributions accepted from individuals, in accordance with the statutory deadlines;
• At the client’s request, we prepare payment orders for the settlement with state budget and SODRA;
• At your request, we will be pleased to advise you on tax calculation and other issues of business-economic transactions, accounting clearance;
• We rapidly want of contradictions in legislation and other regulations, affecting your company’s activities, and propose possible solutions; You will choose a preferred decision at your discretion;
• We complete and send monthly reports in the provided form to the company founder;
• With your authorisation, we prepare questions to the State Tax Inspectorate, other institutions on the issues of concern to the client;
• With your authorisation, we prepare complaints regarding inspection results of the State Tax Inspectorate, SODRA, by complying to the procedure an terms of complaints to these institutions consistently;
• With your authorisation, we will represent your interests in all stages of the complaint up to the Tax Dispute Commission (inclusive). A separate agreement will be signed on your presentation in the court with the Principal.
